How It Works

We take pride in each step when making your custom wedding dinnerware.  We are proud to be a part of your special day.  Below is how the process works for making your dinnerware:

Customers / Venues Who Are Buying Pottery:

1. You take a look at our portfolio and place your preorder. This preorder will lead to a conversation with the artist about what you are looking for. This will include topics such as what the pottery set will be comprised of, number of each item needed, the design/theme for the sets, and timeline.

2. The artist will begin making sample pieces for your set to confirm your expectations.  Please remember each set is one-of-a-kind and coloration can vary as is each piece is made from scratch.

3. Once you confirm that everything meets your standards, the sets will be made in preparation for your wedding.  As discussed, once the set is completed we will either give it to you or the venue.

Customers / Venues Who Are Renting Pottery:

1. You take a look at our portfolio.

2. Pick the collection that best suits your wedding theme and order it for your special day.  You will enter information such as how many guests you will have, venue information, and more.  We will set up a time to talk to you to get the rest of the information and to sign the rental contract.

3. Depending on the size of the wedding and the location a $500 deposit might be due which will be refunded after the wedding if none of the pottery is damaged or missing.  If you return the plates dirty we will also subtract from the deposit at a rate of $2 per setting.  Rental Duration is 1-2 days.  It is an extra 10% per day.

4.  If you wish to purchase certain pieces after your wedding day please let us know and we will make that happen.

5. In rare instances we might charge for mileage or shipping.
